Baby Piglins ride on top of each other on a hoglin

Baby Piglins ride on top of each other when one rides a hoglin. 

Interesting that this simulates more of their childlike selfishness (they steal your items!) in that some refuse to take turns riding a hoglin. Is this intentional?
