Spawnpoint not being save after sleeping in a bed or using the Spawn Anchor

When run a minecraft server on the new snapshot then sleep in a bed it does not save your spawn point and send you back to world spawn when you die with the bed obstructed message

1. Boot up a minecraft Java Edition Server in 20w12a
2. Sleep in a bed
3. die
4. You should be sent to world spawn.\
