Piglins move very fast in some cases

Discovered while testing MC-175293. Piglins seems to be running towards an nearby gold item when they see it. In previous version they would normally walk towards it. This also affects piglins with golden swords attacking hoglins, players and wither skeletons as they are very fast. They seem to be using the speed of retreating/running away from large numbers of hoglins, soul fire and zombie pigman.

This happens if the piglin:

• Is walking towards dropped gold
• hunting hoglins, players and wither skeletons
• Celebrating and picking up loot of where the hunted hoglin was hunted
