Pulse Extender keeps Repeater Powered

I was trying to make a door using the new Target blocks and noted that when I made either a pulse extender or a pulse repeater of any type, the repeaters used would stay powered indefinitely. The repeaters function as intended when not used in either of the two above mentioned circuits.
