If Respawn Anchor is pushed Via Piston, it can not be broken

When a Respawn Anchor is pushed via piston it can be broken but creates a ghost block, after relog it gets fixed, affects things attached or next to the piston. Occurs only when you respawn 4 times using respawn anchor from the nether and appear at spawn in the overworld.
