The player's spawn point is reset to the world spawn point if the bed or respawn anchor is obstructed

To reproduce

1. Place a respawn anchor
2. Charge it fully
3. Set your respawn point
4. Surround it in blocks
5. Die
   → You respawn back at the world spawn since the anchor is obstructed
6. Go back to the respawn anchor
7. Remove the blocks around the anchor
8. Die again
   → You respawn back at the world spawn again
