Broken Blocks Glitch after using the Respawn Anchor in the Nether

Basically after using the Respawn Anchor in the nether, and it failing to work, when I break a block it causes a ghost block to appear.

 

This fixes when you go back into the nether or with a re-log.

 

Caused this by trying to place a block where the bed was broken.
