Anchor block causes blocks to not update properly

After a short investigation, this might be another problem, just related to MC-175177

 

When we set our spawn point with respawn anchor and then destroy the block and then die, we're unable to update blocks until relogging the world. All of them update visualy. And they can be reverted by left-clicking at block position
