Lapis Block Texture Broken

The Lapis Lazuli Block texture is broken, it was changed from a perfect form and accidentally given a weird border. Clearly someone in Mojang thought it would be funny to mess the textures! Hopefully this texture mistake will be removed and the correct one will be brought back.
