Crossbow still slows the player down after charging when still holding down right click

The bug

When you charge a crossbow and don’t stop holding down right click you still get slowed down. 

To reproduce

1. Get a crossbow.
2. Charge it and don’t stop holding down right click.
   → You still get slowed down if you don’t stop holding down right click.

If you do this in survival you will also only consume the arrow when stopping holding down right click. This also affects crossbows with quick charge 5 that shouldn’t slow you down, because they can get charged instantly. It seems like the crossbow only really gets charged after letting go of right click.
