Dedicated server crashes on 20w11a

I'm hosting a server, running the official 20w11a server jar downloaded from minecraft.net. The server would occasionally freeze, and all players would get timed out before eventually the server crashing.

What I expected to happen was...:

**I expected to be able to have a few players on a server at a time, and to play the game as normal.

What actually happened was...:

The server would occasionally crash, rolling back to the last time the world was saved.

The world the server is running on has been around for about 5 days, so the total size is 978 MB. The crashes have not been occurring before today. I also tried to manually save the world while the server was running, but that resulted in the server stalling and crashing like it has been before.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a minecraft server running 20w11a
2. Have it run on a somewhat large world
3. Idle/manually run the save-all command
