(Inconsistency) Quartz has two names

The Quartz item had the name Nether Quartz, while on Gold the name "Nether Gold" is only used for the Ore, the inconsistency can be identified to be on the Quartz as all other Quartz items and blocks do not use the name "Nether Quartz".
