Can't join servers say "Not authenticated with Minecraft.net

I was playing my favorite server when i wanted to change my skin. I want to change skin and change username also. I go back to minecraft and tell my friends I'm going to re log. I try to go in server now and it say "Not authenticated with Minecraft.net I'm very confused please help me.
