New minecraft launcher not letting me play 13w23b

Okay in the past the new minecraft launcher let me play the new snapshots but then I tried to play 13w23b it didn't work!!! I pressed the play butten and the new launcher did its thing but it didn't open 13w23b and when I tried to do it manually it still didn't work!!! what the hell is up with this thing oh and thanks to the fact that I can't en links in my minecraft launchers I can't sent you guys a report, I mean I guess I cloud take a picture of this with the image capturing system on my pc but I just don't know what to do here am at a lost right now as to what to do!
