/locatebiome still doesn't work

Hey, I know in MC-172240, you resolved my issue because it was a duplicate. It also said that it has been resolved. Don't think so. I used /locatebiome crimson_forest and teleported there. I got stuck in a block. Yeah it still doesn't work.
