Nylium and nether gold ore don't have the old netherrack texture in Programmer art

In the programmer art texture pack the crimson/warped nylium and nether gold ore don't have the old texture of netherrack in it. All the netherrack around it is the old texture but the nylium for some reason the nylium and nether gold ore doesn't.
