Depth Strider III enchantment on boots decreases distance traveled underwater when using a Trident with Riptide III

When the depth strider 3 enchanted on any pair of boots, the distance traveled after throwing a fully charged riptide 3 trident (while in the swimming animation) is roughly 15 blocks. The distance traveled when not in  the swimming animation is roughly 9 blocks

When the depth strider is not enchanted on any pair of boots, the distance traveled after throwing a fully charged riptide 3 trident (while in the swimming animation) is roughly 30 blocks. the distance traveled when not in the swimming animation is roughly 15 blocks.

Bug: With riptide and depth strider boots, you go significantly less distance than without the depth strider boots.
