objective health does not update with health boost effect

Steps to reproduce

• Create objective health: /scoreboard objectives add <objectiveName> health
• Set objective display (preferrably in tab menu): /scoreboard objectives setdisplay list <objectiveName>
• Give yourself health boost: /effect <PlayerName> 21
• Take half a heart of damage for everything to update
• Open up tab, your health will display as 20 rather than 24
