Baby hoglins/zoglins uses the same attack damage as an adult when spawned in some cases

The bug

Baby hoglins/zoglins can have the same attack damage as an adult hoglin/zoglin.

How to reproduce

1. Right-click a hoglin/zoglin with it's spawn egg to spawn baby hoglin
2. Go to survival
   → Baby hoglins/zoglin deals more damage instead of dealing half a heart.

This bug is known to happen after the following actions:

• Summoning baby hoglins/zoglins with commands
• Right-clicking an adult hoglin/zoglins
• Breeding 2 hoglins
• Baby zoglins after zombification of baby hoglins.

Not affected

• Naturally spawning baby hoglins
• Baby hoglins/zoglins spawned randomly with a spawn egg without right-clicking onto an adult.
• Custom mob spawners that spawns an adult and baby hoglin/zoglin.
