Game lags at too high speed

If you run the command

/give @s minecraft:netherite_boots{Enchantments:[_

{id:"minecraft:soul_speed",lvl:10000}

_]}

it will give you a pair of boots with soul speed 10,000 now if you run on soul sand your game will occasionally lag out even if all of the chunks you are going into are loaded (in a small enclosure)
