Some items cannot be cleared from inventory after shift-clicking on the "Destroy Items" button in creative mode

I was in creative mode and grab some blocks with middle click while my hotbar was full, then I load a saved hotbar and finally I deleted my inventory by shift-clicking the "destroy Items" button, but some items weren't deleted.

 

What I expected to happen was...:

After shift-clicking the cross in the inventory, all the items should disappear.

 

What actually happened was...:

Instead, some items remained in the inventory.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Change your gamemode to creative.
2. Fill your hotbar with items and leave your storage slots empty.
3. Save the hotbar (hold "c" and press a number from 1 to 9).
4. Grab some blocks pressing middle-click.
5. Load the hotbar you previously saved (hold "x" and press the number you chose before)
6. Open the inventory and press shift + left click on the "destroy Items" button.
7. Some of the items in your inventory weren't deleted.

note:
If you open your inventory before step 4, the issue won't happen.
