Game with mods lags every couple seconds

I use a bunch of mods with my game, I will list them down below later but I have no idea why my game constantly lags every few seconds every time I move. It doesn't even have to be when I move, when I type in chat or in the search bar it does the same. Even when I am in the pause menu it lags. My render distance is at the lowest possible setting and OPTIFINE is downloaded. 

It could be my mods but I don't really want to get rid of any of them since they are all being used in some way in my games.
