Observers don't work properly

Observers seem to not work properly when detecting a water source which is getting filled by an empty bucket in a dispenser. I have send a clip of my mob farm which worked in 20w09a properly but got bugged in 20w10a.Sometimes they don’t detect change and sometimes they flicker(like when observers face each other)(see in the video).

if somebody have the same issue or agrees with the video pls🙏🏼🙏🏼 Vote or comment. Becs this is an fatal bug.
