"Quartz pillars" and "Chiseled Quartz" not useable for crafting in the Stonecutter

The bug

When you use quartz pillars and chiseled quartz blocks on a crafting table you get the crafting recipe from normal quartz stairs and quartz slabs. But if you use the stonecutter you get no option to craft the quartz stairs and quartz slab blocks.
