Crashing and freezing on windows

Yesterday this crash started occurring and I launch Minecraft but it freezes on the Mojang Loading screen. When this happens I cannot do anything ( e.g open anything) and the only thing I can do is restart my pc.

I have tried the following : 

  -uninstall and reinstall

• update graphics card drivers
• tried all versions of mc java
  -disable game enhancements such as discord overlay and Nvidia experience overlay

• disabled antivirus
