Piglins automatically ejected from minecarts and boats

Piglins appear to "teleport" on occasion when they approach or are approached by both minecarts and boats. The observed effect seems to be that they enter the vehicle but are instantly ejected out of it on a different block, giving the appearance of them teleporting around it.
