Still lava generates near Nether lava ocean

The bug

Rarely still lava generates near Nether lava oceans.

This is related to MC-32813, but probably not a duplicate since that report was resolved as intended 6 years ago and world generation has evolved during that time. Additionally it appears here there is no cut off lava lake or similar.

How to reproduce

Last checked for 20w10a
Note that if the specified seeds and coordinates do not show this bug anymore, it does not mean that it is fixed. Maybe the world generation just changed.
