2 Bugs to report (item name tags) and (crafting netherrite items)

In this snapshot I and a few others that have tested this report it not working on the latest snapshot (20w10a). The first issue is with not being able to name a Item Name Tag in an anvil and the second issue is with creating netherrite tools from compining netherrite ingot with a diamond sword.
