Anvils won't rename anything on the new snap shot| Dark Oak and Jungle Sapling drop ratio to Oak is too rare

Anvil won't rename anything, I have tried tools, name tags, items, or even armor, they work fine fixing tool just can't rename anything.

Also the Dark Oak and Jungle Tree Sapling ratio is 1/4 the oak sapling tree. Dark Oak which required 4 saplings or the jungle will at most drop 2 to 3 saplings, 4 is rare and anything past 4 is rarer. While Oak tress Drop 3-5 Saplings per 1 sapling trees and 7 is rare!
