Waterlogged blocks show water on the other side of the block (texture overlap flickering)
Overlapping textures flicker when looking at the waterlogged block from a distance (starts around 20 blocks away from the block and does not stop until you are closer than 20 blocks).
I have tested this on stairs, slabs and trapdoors, all are affected.
