Item naming not working as intended in Snapshot 20w10a

When attempting to use the anvil to rename items, or name-tags you can not change the name, the field to type in is simply unusable. Tested in 1.15.2 confirmed working, tested in previous snapshot 20w09a as well and can confirm it's working there as well.
