Cannot rename nametag in 20w10a

I am currently making an iron farm ive made cells for the zombies, so I needed name tags.

But when I went to rename the nametags in the anvil, it just wouldnt let me.

There is a red "X" on the arrow and the name bar in the anvil is unclickable.

I tried on previous versions and it works.
