Shulker bullets do not act like a projectile in most cases.

• They do not power targets (Fixed in 20w13a)
• They do not ring bells (Fixed in 20w13a)
• They do not break chorus flowers when manually added to the impact_projectiles entity tag
• They do not light campfires or TNT when on fire
