Nether trees break some blocks around when they grow

Planted a nether tree and roots and sprouts were on the ground. The tree broke them. Later, I tested it in creative mode.

Affected blocks are:

1. Warped Roots
2. Nether Sprouts
3. Crimson Roots
4. Grass
5. Tall Grass
6. Fern
7. Large Fern
