Incorrect sound and weird subtitles when manually punching fire

When putting fire out by hand, wool sounds are played and both Fire extinguished and Block broken are displayed in the subtitles. The wool issue has existed for a long while for indirect breakign but not for doing so directly. Also, for consistency with other blocks, the Fire extinguished subtitle should be removed and replaced with Block broken.
