Bone block abnormally appeared on top of The Nether. And replace the bedrock

In 20w09a ,Bone block can appear on top of The Nether . Bedrock will be replaced with bone block. After digging up the bone block, you can reach the top directly.
It is recommended to modify the fossil generation height.
