Frame rate drops in jungle biome in 20w09a snapshot

Hi,

 

I've noticed that in the snapshot I tend to get choppy frame rates in jungle biomes. Tested it in 1.15 and it worked perfectly. Breaking trees in a jungle biome seems most affected.
