Trapdoors are not in the #climbable tag

This is despite the fact they can be climbed when above a ladder. However, this is a situational thing, so likely intended, although a blockstate for whether they are climbable or not would be preferable, if not a complete block ID change when above a ladder with this new block in the tag whereas original trapdoors are not.
