Lead knot is tied sound plays again when exiting a nether portal

The Bug
When you have a mob on a lead connected to a fence post next to a nether portal when going into the nether and back the lead knot will be tied on the fence post again.

Replicate

• Tie a mob to a lead
• Put lead on fence
• build a Nether Portal next to the leaded animal
• Go through it and then back through
• Notice that the sound for the lead knot plays again.
