Sudden slowness

I been playing Minecraft for a while, suddenly today as I was playing as I always do, the game slow down, slow as in so slow that even just turning around, it take 5 secs, I quit the game, restart the PC, go back, normal play for 5 min before same thing happen again. I tried making a new world, same issues. Help?
