Holding menu/inventory/pov buttons causes them to rapidly switch back and forth

If you hold the buttons that open the inventory, pause screen, or change the point of view, they rapidly switch between open and closed, and rapidly changes the view of the camera if you hold the pov change button. Its similar to when you are typing something and you hold down a key (like when you hold down the A key you get "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa").
