Comparator cannot detect target block signal through solid block

Comparator is unable to detect output signal from Target Block when a solid block is between them, unlike other redstone components.

This prevents being able to use decorative facades between a build utilizing the new Target Block and the redstone that would ideally be hidden away behind a wall.
