Crying obsidian particles remain after breaking the block

Directly relates to: MC-106505

These photos, taken about a second or two between each other, show that Crying Obsidian's particle effects stay around the block, even though the block itself is not there. This is just a minor visual glitch, and doesn't really take away from he new block itself, but it's still there.
