Specific Data Packs break Inventory Crafting

Previously I've reported that inventory crafting has been bugged the last few snapshots, but I've figured out why that is. The "Datapack Utilities" Data Pack I have needs to be there for a different pack I have that i'm currently using for a YT series. Having this pack is the whole reason why I wanted to do this series in the first place, but I also wanted to use the snapshots as well. This data pack worked in 20w06a, but now doesn't in all later versions. If there is somehow a way to fix whatever is causing data packs to bug out like this, that would be incredible!
