ctrl + B jumpscare

the fact that (for me at least) the narrator is closer to an "unaccessability" setting is quite frightening

I'm a huge nerd with short fingers so unfortunately I cant reach across my keyboard with 1 hand while trying to play and as such have had to switch my keyboard controls
the hot bard slots are
1=0
2=1
3=2
4=3
q=4
x=5
c=6
v=7
b=9

and you might start to realise^(z?)^ my problem
because whenever I'm running around in a cave hearing mob noises and decide to switch to my ninth hotbar slot for whatever reason FULL VOLUME^(ingame)  "narrator on" blasts my ears and gives me a heart attack

of course the simple fix would be to set auto running on but that's dumb and as an OG gamer I can't bring myself to that level

so please please please give me the option of changing the controls for it
controls: miscellaneous (or multiplayer since that's chat controls): narrator ctrl + [B]

B being the switchable one
the same could be useful for F3 + A-D, F-I , N, P ,Q, T but at least those aren't giving me a heart attack during gameplay nor do I press them accidentially
