Can't right click

The right-click button doesn't do anything. I have a mouse without a right-click button so I have to control-click to right click but that doesn't seem to do anything. If i try right clicking on a crafting table, nothing happens. If I try to drop only one crafted item at a time into a space in my inventory, it drops all of the crafted items into that space.
