Forceloaded command blocks can run /forceload add at the player's location. When paired with a repeating command block that teleports the player using relative coordinates, a repeating command block set to run execute at [player] run /forceload add ~ ~ at the player's position, if left running, will lead to an OutOfMemoryError and Minecraft will freeze.
