Glitchy movement when trying to sneak under top slab from end portal frame

Discovered while testing MC-172901.

The player keeps getting pushed back if trying to sneak through this arrangement, despite it appearing as if the hitboxes would otherwise allow for it. Using an ender pearl to get into it does not appear to have any buggy effects.
