[DONE] Can't download although I've paid

Hello! I've paid for Minecraft since 2013 and I've downloaded the game to my mac a few months back. Now, that I want to do download it on my PC, it seems like I have to pay again? Why is that? I can't seem to find any topic about and people having trouble with it seems tohave solved it, what do I do? 

So sorry if this is the wrong place to turn my problems. 

 

[UPDATE: Found it, very strange though although I go through Minecraft's offical site seems like I couldn't find the download link - it said I had to either pay again or subscribe. Seemed a little unfair but I found the link.]
