When I feed a horse I automatically get onto him without needing a saddle and crash

Summary-When I feed a horse I get on top and ride him for a split second and then crash-Only happens with horse/mule

*What should've happened-I put a saddle on the horse AND THEN ride him

*What actually happened-After feeding the horse I automatically got on top of him without a saddle and crash

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Feed a horse
2. I automatically got on the horse without needing a saddle
3. Crash!
